What is the most popular item on your menu?
Our most popular item is our turtle sundae, it is made with our fresh frozen vanilla custard, rich decadent hot fudge, creamy caramel, roasted salted pecan halves and a cherry.
What is it about your restaurant that keeps customers coming back?
We have been in business for 26 years. We have been featured on the food network, written up in the New York Times, The New York Post, and have won numerous awards for being the best. We strive each and every day to have the highest quality product and friendly customer service for our customers, and that’s why they keep coming back.
What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?
Work hard, be creative, be smart about making money and have fun!

The economy, something we can’t change.
